Information We Collect
We collect the email address used for membership, authentication, and result updates you explicitly request. Stripe collects payment and billing information during checkout. When analytics is enabled, PrintRun creates a random browser identifier and session identifier and records product actions such as pages viewed, cards opened, model details viewed, quantities selected, paywall views, checkout actions, trials, and purchases. Those events may include campaign attribution, browser and device information, and approximate country, region, or city derived by our hosting provider.
How We Use Your Data
We use your email address to verify membership, send requested login links, and deliver result or product updates you opted into. We use consented analytics to understand new and returning visits, diagnose where people stop in the product, connect a checkout to the visit that started it, and improve PrintRun. Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions. Resend delivers email. You may unsubscribe from updates at any time. We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
PrintRun is hosted on Vercel. Encrypted result-update subscriptions and encrypted PrintRun analytics event batches are stored in Vercel Blob. Stripe stores payment, subscription, checkout attribution, and browser identifiers attached to checkout records. Resend processes email delivery. Google Analytics measures site usage and ecommerce activity. When you grant marketing consent, Meta and TikTok receive website-event data used to attribute campaigns, measure conversions, and improve ad delivery. PrintRun stores a signed authentication cookie in your browser and does not store card numbers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep members signed in, protect checkout, and remember your privacy choices. When analytics is enabled, PrintRun sets a first-party pr_anon cookie containing a random identifier for up to one year so we can recognize a return visit in the same browser. We also keep a random session identifier in browser session storage. We do not use browser fingerprinting, and our owned analytics event store does not retain raw IP addresses. With your permission, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies to distinguish visits and measure how people use PrintRun. Meta and TikTok may set marketing cookies only after you grant marketing consent. You can change these choices at any time using Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing analytics consent removes the PrintRun browser and session identifiers.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also request data portability or withdraw consent for data processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
