By accessing or using PrintRun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
PrintRun provides print run forecasts, market intelligence, and analytical tools for Topps Now trading cards. All forecasts are estimates based on proprietary models and are provided for informational purposes only.
No Financial Advice
PrintRun does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Print run estimates, velocity data, and model outputs are analytical tools, not recommendations to buy or sell. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.
Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, PrintRun makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any forecast, estimate, or data point. Actual print runs may differ materially from our estimates.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Founding Tier
Founding Tier is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to all current and future PrintRun features. "Lifetime" means the operational life of the service. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 90 days notice.
PrintRun Pro
PrintRun Pro renews monthly until canceled. Members can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal available after signing in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Limitation of Liability
PrintRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from trading decisions made using our data.
